Enjoy dinner for two, with desert and a bottle of wine at The Pumphouse, nestled between the Salt Pond and the Sandy Ground beach, where lots of people gather almost nightly to relax, dine, and sip on cocktails. On most Thursday's The Musical Brothers provide live entertainment - check the online calendar for other bands that may also be appearing.


The Pumphouse opened its doors to the public on August 4, 1995. The site is rich in history as it was originally home to the Anguilla Road Salt Company Factory, salt being the main export of Anguilla at the time. Laurie Gumbs, the owner of The Pumphouse, has managed to restore some of the equipment which was used in the salt production process and has them displayed. 


The Pumphouse boasts an extremely impressive and well-stocked bar. You can get the drink of your choice at very reasonable prices or the "Pumphouse Rum Punch", which is the house drink, the ingredients of which only the staff members are privileged to know.


The food is absolutely delicious - the menu includes the Pumphouse's famous 8 oz. Black Angus Burger, baby back ribs, pan seared tuna and delicious steaks. Top it off with a decadent warm chocolate brownie sundae.
