Ripples, on the Main Road in Sandy Ground, has long been one of Anguilla's most popular and lively drinking and dining spots among both locals and visitors. Glendon Carty, 2009 Taste of the Caribbean Chef of the Year, is Executive Chef at Ripples and is responsible for serving up a wonderful menu of delectable dishes designed to satisfy anyone's appetite. Owner Jacquie Ruan will happy to welcome you to her restaurant in person - she'll likely be sitting at the end of the bar, or maybe even behind the bar doing some of the bartending.
