Enjoy a sumptuous dinner for 2 at Veya, one of Anguilla's finest restauants located on the road to Sandy Ground. Veya is a Carib Indian word meaning ray of sunlight and the restaurant features Carrie Bogar's innovative Cuisine of the Sun menu. Veya's menu items have been inspired by the flavours of India, Morocco, Vietnam and the Caribbean. 

Enjoy Veya's dining works of art—sample such wonderful starter dishes as Moroccan-spiced shrimp "cigars" with roasted tomatoes and a spicy apricot sauce or Vietnamese-spiced crispy calamari. Try a main course of grilled jerk spiced tuna with a rum-coffee glaze or maybe grilled Anguillian crayfish with a ginger beurre blanc.
