Press Release: ANGUILLA, BRITISH WEST INDIES, Friday, 30th April, 2010
Newly appointed Executive Director of the Anguilla Hotel and Tourism Association (AHTA) Mrs. Gilda Gumbs-Samuel, and Mr. Delroy Lake, Vice President of the AHTA, will travel to Puerto Rico on Sunday, May 2nd, to attend the annual Society of Hotel Association Executives Conference, which will be held on the 3rd and 4th of May, at the San Juan Puerto Rico Sheraton Convention Canter Hotel.
The Association Executives act reciprocally as resources for insight and expertise. They are also CHTA's link with the members of the hotel and tourism industry at a local level. The purpose of Leadership Conference is to develop the mutual partnership among the association executives - and with CHTA. The two-day meeting provides a unique opportunity to meet and discuss the current trends and issues affecting the industry and the region.
